Terms of service.
Plain-English version: be a good listener. Don't scrape the catalog. Don't resell our streams. Treat the service like a small independent operation that's figuring it out, because it is. The legal version follows.
Who we are
pindufai (“we,” “us”) operates an AI-native music streaming service at pindufai.com. The catalog is composed by software, curated by humans, and aimed at the global Muslim diaspora.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. If we suspect abuse — automated scraping, impersonation, harassment — we may suspend access without notice.
What you can do
Stream the catalog for personal, non-commercial listening. Share a track link with a friend. Send us feedback.
What you can't do
- Scrape, copy, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the catalog without a written license from us.
- Reverse-engineer the audio streams to extract them outside the player. Listening is fine; downloading-for-redistribution isn't.
- Use the service to harass, defame, infringe rights, or break the law of your jurisdiction.
- Build an unauthorized API client, bot, or automated scraper. Rate limits are enforced; repeat abuse will get you blocked.
The music itself
The catalog is generated by AI models trained on licensed and permissively-licensed datasets, and curated by us. Compositions are original works. We make no representation that any specific track is suitable for sync licensing, broadcast, or commercial re-recording without a separate written agreement.

Pricing & cancellation
The service is currently free. When paid tiers launch we'll notify you in-app, and you'll choose to opt in. We won't retroactively charge anyone.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as-is.” The catalog grows on its own; we don't guarantee any specific track will exist or remain available at any specific time. We don't guarantee uptime, latency, or audio quality.
We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from using the service. To the extent permitted by law our maximum liability to you is the amount you've paid us in the last twelve months ($0 unless you're on a paid tier).
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected abuse, or to comply with applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
